Starting a co-op/internship at Magna International in the ADAS Perception Team
Hi! I'm a Second-year MS Robotics Student at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. My primary interests are mainly developing perception pipelines for UAVs, Mobile Robots and Manipulators. I'm actively seeking for Full-Time employment opportunities in a fast-paced Robotics Industries.
I was a Graduate Student Instructor(GSI) for Computational Human-Robot Interaction course with Prof. Christoforos Mavrogiannis. In terms of Research, I'm working on Thermal SLAM with Prof. Katie Skinner at the Ford Center for Autonomous Vehicles. Prior to this, I have been working on Thermal Odometry and Visual-Inertial Odometry under the guidance of Prof. Ram Vasudevan for the past year.
I'm currently interning at Magna International in the ADAS Perception Team and during my summer Internship, I worked as a Robotics Perception Intern at RoboTire where I developed perception pipelines for a Kawasaki Industrial obotic arm system that can change Tires!. Prior to my graduate journey, I was fortunate to work with Prof. Madhava Krishna at Robotics Reserch Center as a Research Assistant. This work was exciting as I developed obstacle avoidance and planning algorithms for Autonomous UAVs.
In my free time, I usually like to go to new places or watch movies and Tinker on innovative and interesting Ideas! Feel free to reach out to me.
